CVT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At CVT (Cascadia Vehicle Tents), we want you to be confident in your purchase. We take pride in offering quality camping gear at fair prices and providing honest, dependable customer service.

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out. Our return policy is designed to be fair to our customers while protecting the quality of the products we sell.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a standard return:

The product must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
The product must be in its original packaging with all included components, accessories, and hardware.
Proof of purchase is required.
The return must be authorized by CVT before the product is shipped back.

Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a standard return.

RESTOCKING FEE

Approved returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the returned product's purchase price.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs associated with returned merchandise.

Restocking fees do not apply to approved returns involving defective products or items shipped incorrectly by CVT.

RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns involving a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other non-defective reasons:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Rooftop tents and other oversized items may require freight shipping.
Customers must contact CVT for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending merchandise back.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and securing non-defective merchandise for return transportation, including using appropriate protective materials and freight packaging.
Damage occurring during an improperly packaged customer-arranged return may affect refund eligibility.

For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, CVT will cover necessary standard return shipping costs and provide applicable return instructions.

Do not ship products back without return authorization.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact CVT as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Approved claims involving a CVT shipping error or covered product defect will not be subject to a restocking fee.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, CVT will notify you of the refund determination.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less applicable restocking fees and other previously disclosed nonrefundable charges.

Payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any faster refund deadlines required by applicable law will be honored.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Manufacturing defects may be covered under our 2-Year Limited Warranty.

CVT provides warranty coverage on eligible new CVT and Cloud Nine products, including rooftop tents, awnings, annexes, parts, and accessories.

Approved warranty claims are handled separately from standard change-of-mind returns, and CVT covers associated standard shipping costs for covered warranty remedies.
